There are certain NABH consultants, who have only Entry Level NABH knowledge. If you are going for Main NABH Accreditation, please make sure your NABH consultant has enough experience of MAIN NABH consulting, and has faced Main NABH assessments.
Get as many references of clients as possible and talk to them. Temperament and attitude of the consultant you hire is very important, as the consultant has to work with you, & your entire team and staff for a few months. Synergy between your NABH consultant and your organization is very important.
Talk to as many doctors/clients of your consultant, as this will also give you an idea of challenges they faced, and strengths and weaknesses of your consultant if any. A good feedback from the references will also boost your confidence, and will help you trust your NABH consultant more.
